1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on litetoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. litetoto strictly prohibits underage gambling. We verify player age during the KYC process and may request documentary proof at any stage.
• You are accessing the Service as an individual in a personal, non-commercial capacity.
• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by litetoto for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of litetoto, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent for a third party.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on litetoto. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent closure of all related accounts, with forfeiture of any associated Funds.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. litetoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify litetoto support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

litetoto is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes: a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian NRIC / MyKad, driver's licence, or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

5. Terms of Use

By using the litetoto Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, including other players' accounts or litetoto's administrative systems;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Service in a way not sanctioned by litetoto;
• Exploit any bug, error, or technical malfunction in the Service for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void;
• Post, transmit, or distribute any content through the platform that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or defamatory;
• Engage in any form of money laundering through the use of litetoto's payment systems.

litetoto reserves the right to monitor all Account activity and take immediate action — including suspension, closure, and forfeiture of Funds — where it suspects any breach of these Terms of Use.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

litetoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. litetoto does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being fully completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer and FPX withdrawals typically clear within 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes subject to network confirmation times.

litetoto reserves the right to impose a maximum daily withdrawal limit based on a player's account tier and verification status. VIP players receive elevated limits and priority processing. All active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be met in full before withdrawal of those funds or any winnings derived from them.

6.3 Withdrawal Verification

For the protection of all players, litetoto may request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where unusually large amounts are involved. This is a security measure and is not a reflection on any individual player.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral credits, and other promotional incentives offered by litetoto are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• litetoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a player is found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or using promotional credits across multiple accounts — litetoto reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Referral bonuses require the referred friend to create a genuinely new account and complete a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts will be disqualified without notice.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the litetoto platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. General principles that apply across all games and betting products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. litetoto will not void or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of Player error (e.g., selecting the wrong team, wrong odds, or wrong stake).
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or live event, litetoto will endeavour to determine a fair outcome based on available data. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• litetoto's trading team reserves the right to restrict betting markets, reduce maximum stake limits, or suspend markets at any time without notice.
• In-play betting markets are subject to live suspension during events for odds recalculation. Any bets placed during a suspension period may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each game or betting interface. These limits may vary by player account tier.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the litetoto platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or making fraudulent payment claims;
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other competitive format;
• Arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting price discrepancies across bookmakers in a manner determined by litetoto to constitute bonus abuse;
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one Account, whether for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing restrictions;
• Money laundering — using the litetoto payment infrastructure to process, conceal, or legitimise the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment reversals or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by litetoto

litetoto reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached any part of these Terms. During a period of suspension, the player will be unable to access their Account, place bets, or make withdrawals.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

A player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting litetoto's support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC checks.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely are available. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the litetoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of litetoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the express prior written consent of litetoto.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, litetoto excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Service due to causes beyond litetoto's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party system failures;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that does not constitute formal financial or legal advice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit litetoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

litetoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Service following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure as set out in Section 10.2.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
